Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct various types of testing (functional, performance, and automated testing) for products, offers, sales processes and billing

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, scripts and issue reports.

• Ensure compliance with product requirements and company quality standards

• Identify mismatches between requirements and technical implementation

• Monitor reported issues for proper resolution

• Develop mechanisms to identify emerging product risks

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Information Systems, Decision Analytics or a similar field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control; Less experience will be considered as QC Associate Specialist

• Proficiency in issue tracking, testing, data and scripting tools (e.g. Jira, Cognos, PowerBI, Excel, Selenium, Python, UIPath)

• Basic knowledge of QA/QC framework and methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Good communications and teamwork skills

• Knowledge in Telecom Business Support System (BSS) and industry regulatory requirements is an advantage.
