What YOU'll do:

• Monitor the food quality system to assure the production process is in compliance with the GMP standards;

• Assist in preparing and reviewing the FSSC 22000 / GMP documents including but not limited to SOP and specifications;

• Perform sampling and inspection of packaging materials to meet the company's quality specification.

• Maintain up-to-date the packaging artworks specification

• Coordinate and participate work safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures training to related staff

• Participate in investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.

• Participate in new product development and pilot trial processes

• Other ad hoc projects assigned by the superior.

What YOU'll need:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical or other related disciplines;

• Fresh graduates will also be considered but candidates with solid work experience in food, pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry preferred;

• Self-motivated, independent and with good communication skill;

• Well-organized, attention to details with solution-oriented mindset

• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing;

• Knowledge in FSSC 22000 / GMP quality system will be an added advantage;

• Immediate available preferred
