About the role
Kuly Construction & Engineering Company Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This full-time position is based in San Tin Yuen Long District and will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects.
Qualification & Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Services/Building related disciplines
3 years of relevant quantity surveying experiences in civil disciplines is preferred
Experience in NEC contract is preferred
Good communication and analytical skills, able to work independently as well as a good team player
Good knowledge of general contract administration and quantity surveying skills is essential
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Able to work independently and under pressure
Candidates with more experience and/or holder of professional membership such as MHKIS / MRICS may apply for “Senior Quantity Surveyor"
Job Duties:
Measurement, estimation, tendering, cost control, contract administration, final accounts
· Support the team leaders on assignments for project delivery
Assist in the preparation of contractual claims
