Project Associate

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager to plan and execute the project tasks

• Manage Product Development Requests or Enhancements from users, in collaboration with the Product Design and Ops team

• Facilitate cooperation among diverse teams to define, design, build, test, and implement multiple product related projects

• Develop comprehensive project work plans to be shared with team members, ensuring clarity and alignment

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion

• Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and manage user expectations

• Manage small to medium scale projects independently

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree is required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or product development

• Proven project management abilities and ability to multitask

• Strong sense of responsibility and good verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to multi-task several assignments in a time and be flexible on constant change is essential

• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail

• Good in teamworking and stakeholder management

• A fundamental understanding of telecom product domain, technological stack, and business support system (BSS) is a plus
