We are currently seeking dynamic Project and Technical Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• To oversee projects from initial concept to completion
• Manage all aspects of the project execution, including scope, schedule, budget and quality
• Responsible for A&A works, renovation and maintenance for a varienty of properties including retail shops, industrial and commercial buildings
• Lead, supervise and provide accurate technical advice to technical and property management teams
• Conduct site inspections and to ensure the works in compliance with statutory and 公司名稱 standards
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Min. 6 years solid experience in building maintenance /A&A works
• Degree or above in Architecture, Building Engineering, Building Surveying or related field
• Strong knowledge of HK building codes and maintenance best practices
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Project and Technical Manager
