Programme Assistant (Social Housing)
Job Description
· Assist in managing the administrative and frontline work of general property management in existing or newly occupied transitional housing projects, such as leasing, tenant enquiries, cleaning, maintenance and repair, engineering, gardening and procurement;
· Record maintenance and repairs, follow up on project progress with contractors, and handle external enquiries;
· Assist in drafting daily correspondence, notices, reports, analysis lists and other clerical work;
· Assist the organization with administrative work related to the development of new projects.
· Initiate and implement CSR events
· Maintain appropriate records to ensure fundraising income is processed efficiently with timely acknowledgements, thank you letters
· Attend and participate in meetings with donors to identify, cultivate and maintain sponsors for continued service sustainability and to meet beneficiaries needs
· Develop the promotional strategy, communications and collateral to engage corporate partnerships
· Provide support to the team, and other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time
Requirements
· Higher diploma, degree or above;
· Candidates holding a recognized property management diploma or certificate, "Property Management Practitioner (Level 1) or (Level 2) Licence" are preferred. Experience in community service is an advantage;
· 1 years of relevant work experience preferably in social services and non-profit organization disciplines, recent graduates will also be considerate;
· have experience in leading activities, voluntary work, or assisting activities priority
· Bilingual in Chinese and English, fluency in both written and verbal English is essential;
· A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multi-culture environment;
· Strong organizational skills, multi-task, able to anticipate needs and prioritize work;
· Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure;
· Able to analyze and present materials clearly and concisely;
· Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Applications;
· Passionate in child and family welfare, especially underprivileged community
