Senior Property & Facility Officer (5-day work) - Sham Shui Po

Established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd. In 1967, Hong Yip remains one of Hong Kongs leading property and facilities management companies. Approximately, 1,700 blocks are currently managed by Hong Yip and these include private housing estate, luxurious houses, commercial and industrial buildings, shopping centres and government facilities.

What youll be doing?

• Assist the Area Manager in providing high-quality property management services

• Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Incorporated Owners

• Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants

• Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints

• Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties

Who are we looking for?
 

• Diploma or above or with qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework;

• 3 years relevant work experience in property management

• Possess PMP Licence is an advantage

• Customer service-oriented and able to work under pressure

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
