Our Product Manager drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.
We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager with a specialized focus on derivatives to drive product initiatives from inception through to execution. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a vision to architect, manage and grow an industry-changing platform. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products across our global footprint.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage derivative product platform which offers a wide range of investment products (including but not limited to funds, FX, bonds, equities, structured products, insurance, options on futures) at various risk levels to clients with different risk appetites and return expectations; professional asset allocation and product specific advice must be provided.
Responsible for the product planning and implementation of the exchange and financial derivatives business, including product design, functional features, user experience, underlying logic, development and release, to ensure product meets the market demand and user experience standards.
Assist in the research and development of products, participate in the research of business topics and have the ability to interface with the risk control and financial departments.
Provide short-term to mid-term product roadmaps and iteration plans based on the product lifecycle, competition, and resources.
Utilize data analytics and user insights to make data-driven decisions about product feature prioritization and to inform and build a product strategy, weighing tradeoffs that must be made.
Responsible for feedback and data analysis results, adjust product strategy and functions in a timely manner, and continuously optimize user experience.
Foster innovation within the product team by exploring new technologies and business models, while continuously assessing product performance to enhance user satisfaction and business results.
Work closely with technical, marketing and operation teams to efficiently translate business requirements into product development requirements and promote rapid product iteration and launch.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management, documentation and guideline for product enhancement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree with major Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or related majors from key institutions, CFA, FRM is preferred.
3 years or above of experience in product management is preferred, preferably in options, derivatives product, or trading financial products such as securities, funds, foreign exchange, futures, options or risk management systems industry is preferred.
Sound knowledge and understanding financial market, structured products industry, options on futures and its practices.
Previous background from top-tier internet companies such as Tencent, Alibaba, or Ant Group, or from top-tier financial institutions is an advantage.
Experience shipping and iterating on successful Software or Financial products at scale.
Apply new market trends and new technologies in product development with consideration of reality needs.
Successful experience in derivative financial commodities, with the ability of product planning, operation coordination, and implementation on the ground.
Sensitivity of user experience, can stand in the user's point of view to consider product design ideas clear product ideas, the ability to grasp the product, optimize the details of the design ability.
Strong sense of responsibility, internal drive and innovation: able to stand in the user and development point of view to think about the problem, good at researching competing products, and constantly pursue the product experience.
Good command of English and Chinese, Fluent in Mandarin is a huge plus.
