Partnership Manager

Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and secure strategic/ new business partnerships with wellness brands, fitness platforms, and tech providers, in order to expand the companys ecosystem and drive revenue growth.
2. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, acting as the main point of contact, to drive user engagement and business growth.
3. Develop and negotiate partnership proposals and agreements.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, tech, operations ) to ensure smooth partner onboarding, integration and campaign execution.
5. Monitor partnership performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize impact.
6. Track wellness and tech industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a leading market position. Stay updated on competitor activities, and propose new partnership opportunities.
7. Represent the company at industry events and actively expand the partnership network. Resolve conflicts or issues with partners promptly and professionally.
8. Resolve partnership issues and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements:1. Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2. 5+ years experience in partnership management, business development, strategic alliances - ideally in wellness, tech, or SaaS, or eCommerce - preferably in Hong Kong.
3. Strong understanding of wellness/fitness tech, digital platforms, and reward-driven ecosystems.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot trends.
6. Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
7. Familiarity with the Hong Kong and Asia wellness/tech landscape is a big plus.
