Part Time Marketing Assistant (Beauty Division)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Assist in daily marketing operation and administrative tasks including but not limited to prepare marketing & VM collaterals, support brand promotions and payment handling, etc

• Support in maintenance of E-shop and handle customers enquires

• Manage samples stockroom and handle media loans

• Conduct market research and compilation of reports and recaps

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

YOU NEED TO BE…

• Undergraduate students, diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong numerical and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.  

• Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality in handling financial data.  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
