The Department

The Claim Management Section of Betting Control and Customer Operations Department provides dividend claims services to the public, as well as operating the Mark Six Draws. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual to join our team.

The Job

Your will

• Provide operation and administrative support on claim cases processing including data input, audio records housekeeping, filing and report compilation

• Support on communications with internal parties and customers for enquiries by phone

• Provide claim progress and investigation result to customer by phone

• Perform other general duties assigned by supervisors

About You

You should have

• HKCEE / DSE or above

• Solid working experience in customer service area is an advantage

• Good interpersonal skills and be a good team player

• Good communication skills in spoken English and Chinese (able to speak Putonghua will be an advantage)

• Familiar in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

• Available to work at least 2 to 3 days per week including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

Working Hours

Mon - Sun: Average 7 to 9 working hours per shift in between 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. Actual working hours depends on roster and operational need.

Working Location

Sha Tin Racecourse (Near Fo Tan MTR Station)

Pay rate

$77.5 per hour
