Pay: HK$19,764 to $24,023 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in day-to-day administrative functions.

2. Carry out operational work in NSD office and related area including fit test centre.

3. Assist in training activities operation e.g. registration, venue preparation.

4. Data input, words processing and typing; verification and compilation of statistics and conduct analysis; preparation of PowerPoint presentations.

5. Perform filing; record keeping; database updating and inventory keeping.

6. Handle and draft correspondence.

7. Prepare monthly report on service outcome.

8. Liaise and communicate routine operation with wards/ other departments.

9. Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements:

1. Tertiary education ; OR

2. F.5/S.5 with :

(a) HKCEE 5 passes incl. Eng & Chin; or

(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:

(i) Level 2 in Eng & Chin; and

(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects.

AND relevant experience/ license.

Preferred Attributes / Exposure:

1. Sound knowledge in computer application including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Chinese work processing.

2. Working experience in providing PC support service.

3. Good ability to read and write Chinese and English, and speak fluent Cantonese.

4. Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and with a strong send of responsibility.
