We are currently seeking high caliber candidates to join our Company:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including performing KYC and AML checks and handling clients enquires;

• Maintain client database as well as other business records;

• Prepare and process all daily fund operations, including bank and brokerage account opening, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, NAV reconciliation and reporting and monitor trade settlements;

• Manage trade entry and affirmation process to ensure  anomalies are promptly addressed;

• Liase with custodian and prime brokers as well as system vendors on resolving reconciliation breaks

• Review reports from outsourced third parties, Assist in preparation of NAV, validation of fund administrator deliverables, and P&L attribution;

• Support for month-end and year-end reporting and liase with auditors in year-end audits;

• Assist in setting up accounts with banks, brokers and other financial institutions;

• Provide exceptional client service by responding to operational inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and reporting;

• Other Ad hoc projects/assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder or above, Degree in Finance and Business will be given priority;

• Fresh graduates are welcome;

• Preferably an SFC licensed representative of Type 4, 9 regulated activities;

• Candidates with relevant experience in securities trading, asset management and  operation  will be given priority;

• Familiar with KYC and account opening documentation;

• Attentive to details and strong numerical and analytical skills for checking data and identifying discrepancies;

• Strong Excel skills. Knowledge in VBA or other programming languages and understanding of financial statements is a plus

• Diligent self-starter  and a natural team player;

• Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
