Job Responsibilities:
Process mutual fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions and switchings
Reconcile and validate contract notes and statements from fundhouses
Perform data input for fund order capture and settlement
Process CHATS/ TT payment instructions
Resolve discrepancies and issues related to fund operations
Work on tasks and projects assigned by Team Head
Job Requirement:
University graduated in Business/Economics/Finance or relevant disciplines
Experience in mutual fund operations or banking operations is a preferable
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
Good interpersonal and communication skills
