Responsibilities

Support community development initiatives by coordinating project tasks and timelines as well as monitoring project progress
Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders and prepare agendas, meeting minutes and reports for community meetings and engagements
Assist in organising and managing events, workshops and meetings to foster stakeholder relationships
Collect and analyse data on community needs, stakeholder interests and programme effectiveness for management reporting
Provide administrative support to the team including budget tracking, financial reporting, invoice processing and maintaining expenditure records

Requirements

Degree holder in communications or related discipline
At least 5 year’s relevant experience in providing support to facilitate community and/or stakeholder engagement work
Experience working in non-profits or community organisations is preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and demonstrate empathy with community members and stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
A good team player with a collaborative spirit
Proficiency in computer software applications; knowledge in generative AI tools is a definite advantage
