Responsibilities

• Support community development initiatives by coordinating project tasks and timelines as well as monitoring project progress
• Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders and prepare agendas, meeting minutes and reports for community meetings and engagements
• Assist in organising and managing events, workshops and meetings to foster stakeholder relationships
• Collect and analyse data on community needs, stakeholder interests and programme effectiveness for management reporting
• Provide administrative support to the team including budget tracking, financial reporting, invoice processing and maintaining expenditure records

Requirements

• Degree holder in communications or related discipline
• At least 5 year’s relevant experience in providing support to facilitate community and/or stakeholder engagement work
• Experience working in non-profits or community organisations is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and demonstrate empathy with community members and stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
• A good team player with a collaborative spirit
• Proficiency in computer software applications; knowledge in generative AI tools is a definite advantage
