Marketing Manager (Apparel Brand)

Our client is an apparel brand, and they are looking for a marketing manager to join their marketing and communication team. This person will be reporting to the Director of Marketing and leading a team of 2.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and objectives for the Hong Kong market.

• Drive P&L management and ensure marketing investments align with business goals. 

• Lead the planning, execution, and performance evaluation of key marketing campaigns.

• Establish robust measurement methodologies, set clear KPIs, and conduct post-campaign analyses to inform future strategies.

• Act as the local market expert, continuously monitoring consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity.

• Partner closely with cross-departmental teams to deliver best-in-class customer journeys—from lead generation and conversion to ongoing engagement.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, E-commence or related disciplines

• Minimum 6 years experience in integrated marketing, solid experience in retail industry, candidates with apparel retail will be an advantage

• Proven track record in driving effective marketing/brand strategy with a hands-on approach

• Solid experience in partnering with different parties in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills with an objective and result-oriented mindset

• Strong project management, analytical skill and sensitive to number

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)

• Outstanding leadership, presentation and people skills with a solution-oriented mindset
