Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation of annual revenue & A&P budget
Formulation, implementation of sales and marketing promotion strategy
Supervision of Marketing team to achieve the annual budget / target
Marketing reports analysis and recommendations
Business development e.g. new online channels, overseas development, direct marketing programs and new publications series development
Assist General Manager in Ad-hoc business projects assigned

Requirements

Degree holder in marketing or related field
At least 3 years working experience in product management or business development
Creative idea, analytical and problem solver with passion for delivering result
Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, ability to speak in Putonghua
Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
