About the role

Trinity Search Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our state-of-the-art environmental treatment plant in North District. As a full-time 職位, this is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth and efficient running of our critical infrastructure, contributing directly to the 公司名稱's environmental sustainability goals.

What you'll be doing

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to plan, coordinate and execute all preventative and reactive maintenance activities across the treatment plant
• Develop and implement robust maintenance strategies and schedules to maximise equipment reliability and uptime
• Monitor plant performance, identify and resolve issues, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and other cross-functional teams to optimise plant processes and procedures
• Manage maintenance budgets and resources, driving cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards
• Provide technical guidance, training and mentorship to the maintenance team

What we're looking for

• Proven track record as a Maintenance Manager in the environmental/ large scale treatment plant industry
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems, and advanced maintenance techniques
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and project management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Proficient in maintenance planning and scheduling software, as well as data analysis and reporting
• Relevant technical qualifications, such as a degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
