SWIP is building the compliance and data infrastructure behind cross-border parcel shipping, with clients and operations in 香港, USA, and 日本.

We're hiring our 第一頁 engineer, 香港 based, to own the product build alongside the founder.
The problemUntil recently, over 6 billion parcels a year flowed across borders with almost no paperwork. But the global rules are changing. Now every parcel must declare what's inside, where it's from, what it's worth, and what taxes and duties are owed before it crosses the border. Think KYC for parcels: the same checks banks run, now required for physical goods.
This creates major challenges for millions of cross-border ecommerce buyers and sellers. SWIP takes the compliance burden off them and clears parcels into markets worth tens of billions a year.
What you'll buildWe take messy product data and do what's impossible for humans at scale: identify products from images, assign duty rates, verify 國家 of origin, flag regulatory and safety risk, and generate compliant documentation.
The hard part is doing this in seconds, at scale, and getting it right. Every decision has to be fast, accurate, and inexpensive. A wrong or slow classification costs real money on every parcel.
You will own the product around the models: data pipelines, validation, API integrations with carriers and customs intermediaries, and interfaces enterprise customers run on.
We sit between shippers, marketplaces, brokers, and carriers, so the work is integration-heavy.
