Kitchen Helper (廚務助理)

As the Kitchen Helper at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will assist in food preparation and support the culinary team with your passion for food and teamwork, creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

作為香港尖沙咀金普頓酒店的廚務助理，您將負責協助準備食材和菜式的擺盤，以對美食的熱情和團隊合作精神支持廚務團隊，為賓客創造卓越的用餐體驗。

A little taste of your day-today 您的日常工作簡要 

Every day is different, but youll mostly be: 每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下： 

• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and more 協助基本的食材準備工作，包括切割、削皮等
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and cooking utensils 定期清潔消毒工作區域、設備與烹調器具
• Storing ingredients and supplies properly in accordance with standards 按照標準妥善儲存食材和供應品
• Adhering to hygiene and safety protocols at all times 嚴格遵守食品衛生安全規則

What we need from you 我們對您的要求 

• Prior experience is not a must, on-the-job training is provided 無需相關工作經驗，我們將提供在職培訓
• Strong physical stamina and good teamwork 良好的體能及團隊合作能力
• Passion for culinary and hospitality, eager to learn and hardworking 對烹飪和款待充滿熱情，積極學習且刻苦耐勞
