Responsibility

• Explore more opportunity on retail chain and business partners to achieve sales & revenue targets and ensure business growth;

• Develop and maintain good customer relationships with key account to achieve the company's sales and profit targets;

• Design and implement new product listing strategy and negotiation;

• Monitor sales, distribution, in-store activities including shelf presence, point-of-sales materials, etc.;

• Provide sales reports or data regularly as per manager's request;

• Prepare Delivery Note and Replenishment report

• Communicate with Logistics Dept to make sure replenishment on time and efficient

• Visit customers regularly and monitor sales orders;

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

 Requirement

• Degree holder in Business, Sales or Marketing Management;

• Preferred with 4 years' experience in sales, preferably in FMCG/ key account management/ sales/ category management/ buying;

• Multichannel experience in Supermarkets and Convenience Stores is a definite advantage;

• Occasionally travel to China and other Asia countries is required;

• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic;

• Good presentation and communication skills;   

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese processing;

• Immediate availability is an advantage.
