Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and project assistance on Microsoft Cloud Solutions, such as Office365, Microsoft365, and Azure. In addition, you will work closely with senior technical specialists and team members to assist in project document preparation, testing, and evaluating new technologies.
Responsibilities:
Provide project support (with assistance from team members) on Microsoft Cloud Solutions, such as Office365, Microsoft365 and Azure
Assist in project document preparation
Test and evaluate new technologies
Perform ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities requested by the supervisor
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in computer science or a related field
1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Solutions such as Office365, Microsoft365, and Azure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
Microsoft certification in relevant technologies is a plus
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Work at customer's office or site is required
Immediate available is highly preferred
Fresh Graduate will also be considered
