We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Florist to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Florist, you will assist in creating stunning floral designs, maintaining our high standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about floristry to grow their skills in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior florists in designing and assembling floral arrangements for events, weddings, and retail.

- Prepare and condition flowers, ensuring they meet our quality standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including inventory management of flowers and supplies.

- Provide excellent customer service, including consultations and order processing.

- Support event setup and delivery, ensuring timely and flawless execution.

- Stay updated on floral trends and contribute creative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

- Passion for flowers and a keen interest in floral design.

- Basic knowledge of floristry techniques (formal training or certification is a plus but not required).

- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Flexibility to work weekends and during peak seasons (e.g., Valentines Day, Mothers Day).

- Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

- Hong Kong residency or valid work permit.
