Conspiracy Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker brand in Hong Kong, specialising in ambitious creations for the top tier of the market. We create a range of high-end chocolate products for fine dining and hospitality, and spend significant time on research and development.
The company is growing fast and looking to recruit a talented individual to the culinary team.
The Lab operates during 8:30am-5:30pm on weekdays only, and not on weekends or public holidays. The package offers generous annual leave as well.

We will conduct phone calls, in-person interviews, and trial day (for which you will be paid), toward a full-time permanent contract.
Responsibilities
Chocolate making & chocolatier production - starting in the solid station to learn & develop skill and intuition. Similar to a pastry kitchen, a bit more technical.
Support R&D teams development of new elements and participate in product definition discussions.
Maintaining a strictly clean environment above Hong Kongs common standard.
Cooperation with existing team members on projects and daily tasks.
Personal leadership as part of a flat structure team.
Requirements
Curiosity and passion. Interest in food, flavour or nutrition.
Either culinary school, or 1-3 years experience a professional kitchen (savoury or pastry), or both.
Ability to work focused on ambitious, delicious, and sometimes technical outcomes.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Learning ability.
Conversational level English language, bonus for Cantonese.
Previous experience with chocolate work is a bonus but not a must as we teach skills from the ground up.
