Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors, providing them with timely updates on portfolio performance and market trends.
• Actively contribute to sourcing, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with investment goals.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the technology sector.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for investors, highlighting key developments, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
• Leverage your existing network to identify new investment opportunities and foster relationships with industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
• Big 4 accounting experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
• Proven ability to source and execute deals, manage portfolio companies, and communicate effectively with investors.
• Established network within the investment community and technology sector.
