Job Title: Investment Product SpecialistLocation: Hong Kong

Job Description: We are assisting a leading Chinese bank in Hong Kong to recruit an experienced and driven Investment Product Specialist. This role is ideal for candidates with strong market knowledge and a passion for empowering sales teams through strategic investment insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct briefings on investment market trends and product features for sales staff.
• Deliver investment strategies tailored to customer needs.
• Support investment-related sales activities and client meetings.
• Provide coaching and technical training to enhance sales staffs product knowledge and selling skills.
• Collaborate with districts and sales teams to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Licenced for dealing in securities (HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent).
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are an advantage.
• Strong market sense and deep knowledge of investment products including bonds, equities, commodities, FX, Unit Trusts, and Structured Products.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
