Main Responsibilities:

You will take part in various initiatives/projects including but not limited to the following:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to provide quality human resource services to business units to drive manpower plans and talent acquisition strategies that support organisational growth

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process by leveraging AI driven tools for proactive candidate sourcing, interview coordination and on-boarding arrangement

• Execute bank wide HR programs and policies in support of the Bank's business needs

• Ensure all deliverables are complied with legal, regulatory and ethnical standards as well as adhered to the Bank's corporate value, risk management policies and service standards

• Prepare HR reports and conduct data analysis for management review

• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in HR with STEM-related or business disciplines preferred

• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in human resource management, preferably gained from FI or banking industry

• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulatory requirements

• Mature, detail-minded, attentive to details and able to multitask

• A good team player, proactive, responsible and self-motivated

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably fluent in Mandarin
