Human Resources Manager

Descriptions

Duties:

  • To be responsible for the HR management for the Association with a staff force over 850;
  • To formulate and implement procedures, guidelines and policies in full spectrum of HR functions including staff recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance management, employees relation and occupational safety and health.
  • To analyze and identify needs and problems in relation to HR management and development, and make recommendation for improvement of HR policies and practices.
  • To ensure HR practices are in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • To organize and implement training & development for staff as required.
  • To develop & maintain Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and identify opportunities to improve automate processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • At least 8 years relevant experience (of which at least 3 years at supervisory level);
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Experience in NGO management an advantage.
Remuneration: Negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
