Human Resources Manager
Descriptions
Duties:
- To be responsible for the HR management for the Association with a staff force over 850;
- To formulate and implement procedures, guidelines and policies in full spectrum of HR functions including staff recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance management, employees relation and occupational safety and health.
- To analyze and identify needs and problems in relation to HR management and development, and make recommendation for improvement of HR policies and practices.
- To ensure HR practices are in compliance with statutory requirements.
- To organize and implement training & development for staff as required.
- To develop & maintain Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and identify opportunities to improve automate processes.
- Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- At least 8 years relevant experience (of which at least 3 years at supervisory level);
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Experience in NGO management an advantage.
