We are supporting a consumer retail multinational organisation to identify a strategic HR Business Partner. This role offers the opportunity to work with iconic brand(s) while driving people initiatives that power business success.

Key responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

• Serving as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with commercial objectives
• Leading the full spectrum of HR activities including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement
• Driving the performance management process while coaching managers on effective people leadership
• Managing complex employee relations matters with balanced judgment and compliance awareness
• Continuously improving HR policies and practices to meet evolving business needs

Successful candidates should possess:

• A degree holder from renowned university
• 8+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience in multinational corporations within the consumer goods or sourcing industries
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that deliver measurable business impact
• Strong expertise in handling sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to influence stakeholders
