Head of Operations (Retirement Funds)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Fund Operations strategy and lead technology improvement through active management of operations projects

• Management of service delivery departments, including management of financial performance (budgeting, forecasting, invoicing), workflow of team and resources, ongoing client relationship with the Fund/s and department performance.

• Accountable for the current state service model and work in partnership with the Fund/s on the evolution of this service model.

• Continually focus on the end-to-end member experience and ensure all staff put the member (and employer) at the centre of everything that they do

• Responsible for delivering targeted KPIs and escalation for all operational issues

• Provide accurate and timely updates to the client regarding performance against service level agreements. Deliver an integrated seamless product that removes boundaries between business areas

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as Fund, auditors, regulators and other providers

Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience as a Head of Customer/ Operations function or other relevant senior managerial position

• Demonstrate considerable experience in operations and service delivery within pensions administration

• Comprehensive knowledge of and operational understanding of Hong Kongs Pensions legislation (both MPF and ORSO)

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to communicate complex business ideas
