Key responsibilities:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the intellectual property strategies and budgets for the 公司名稱.
Provide strategic legal advice and counsel on a variety of licensing, intellectual property, commercial and other related topics.
Evaluates inventions for intellectual property potential and works closely with external IP counsel to file for appropriate IP protection, i.e., patent applications, copyrights, trademarks, etc.
Works closely with internal staff and groups to generate IP landscapes for invention disclosures to identify market opportunities.
Actively identify and implement defensible technology within our organization.
Develop and create IP protection strategies in new and ongoing JDAs. Implement the strategies.
Advising, negotiating and drafting collaboration agreements, sponsored research agreements and other transactions where potentially patentable intellectual property will be developed.
Maintain a Computer Packages (CPI) docket for tracking filing obligations for the entire IP portfolio.
Establishes and maintains contacts with patent counsel.
Stay abreast with our latest (and future) developments.

Requirements:

At least 10 years of experience in Intellectual Property.
You have operational experience in a high growth startup or similar environment.
You are a problem-solver, capable of breaking complex problems into clear and prioritised actions with strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
