Job Duties

• Plan and coordinate various employment service development projects, including but not limited to programme promotion, outreach activities, and managing intake processes

• Provide employment counselling to service users: understanding their career aspirations, matching them to suitable job vacancies and following up on their employment status

• Liaise with employers to build and maintain a network, facilitate successful job matching

• Design activities, lead groups and workshops, and prepare materials according to annual plans and the needs of service users

• Handle project-related documentation and administrative tasks

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate degree or above, preferably in Education, Training, or related disciplines

• Proficient computer skills with strong communication and writing abilities in both Chinese and English

• People-oriented, proactive, humble, and passionate about helping others

• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline

• Experience with courses or projects under the Employees Retraining Board is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
