Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily facilities management-related operations, such as repairs and maintenance, cleaning, and security services;

• Conduct routine inspections on the Office facility;

• Support office project management and liaise with contractors.

• Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services vendors and contractors

• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Immediate availability or a short notice period is essential.

• Higher Diploma and above in Facility Management, Property Management or related discipline

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Facilities Management or Property Management

• Detailed-minded, independent with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
