Responsibilities:

• Work closely with regional Product Management and Development teams, and our Dongguan factory to support their business development objectives, including both New Product Development (NPD) & management of on-going product lines
• New Product Development:
• Scope and define new product plans with regional development teams
• Product cost estimations and quotes
• Financial analysis and commercial justification of new projects
• Present project status updates to senior management
• Cost and schedule tracking and management through project
• General account management activities:
• Conduct analysis of product line and business unit performance
• Support cost improvement projects
• Handle customer complaint and other ad-hoc issue resolution
• Manage exception supply chain & order processing issue
• Manage/assist with customer visits and presentations

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' commercial, project/program management or related experience
• Experience in a multi-national or global 公司名稱 or supply chain would be advantageous
• Experience in Consumer Products, including Power & Garden Tools, Large/Small Domestic Appliances, Lighting & Luminaries, Toys and Hard Goods is a plus
• Practical with a technical / mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge Commercial acumen and numerical ability required
• Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
• Strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• One-day business trip per week to our Dongguan factory
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as
  Senior Executive, Marketing and Program Management
