Veolia District Cooling (香港) Limited, a subsidiary of Veolia 香港 & Macau, operates the District Cooling System in Kai Tak Development and manages HVAC systems across major sites. District Cooling drives sustainable urban development with energy-efficient cooling solutions.

Job Description

• Coordination with internal/external stakeholders to acquire all necessary data for process
• Prepare regular energy reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly) for chiller plants, data centres and buildings
• Conduct regular energy analysis
• Identify any energy saving opportunities and offer preliminary technical advice
• Provide any on-site support directed by energy / line manager
• Prepare plans and implementation work of energy saving projects, AI projects and innovative projects
• Coordination with sub-contractor to monitor progress and quality of energy saving projects, AI projects and innovative projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or above in Energy Science & Engineering / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and technical presentation skills; Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese

Additional Information

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical system
• Able to take lead on recommendations on energy conversation measures
• Able to work independently, self-motivated result-oriented and with strong sense of responsibility
• Familiar with IPMVP Protocol and/or qualified IPMVP/PMVA/CEM professional will be an advantage
• RCx practitioner or RCx Pro will be an advantage
• Familiar with Python program for data analysis will be an advantage
• Professional membership from a relevant organization will be an advantage
