Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“ICBC (Asia)”) is the flagship of overseas business of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (“ICBC”) – currently the largest commercial bank in China, and it is one of the domestic systemically important banks (D-SIBs) in 香港. Currently, ICBC (Asia) has 52 retail outlets (including 27 “Elite Club” Wealth Management Centres) in 香港. It is engaged in commercial banking, investment banking and other financial services, including those of securities, insurance and funds, with a focus on commercial and retail banking as well as global market business. Chinese Mercantile Bank and ICBC Asset Management (Global) 公司名稱 Limited, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of ICBC (Asia), specialize in Renminbi services in mainland China and ICBC’s global asset management business respectively.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Local regulatory reports, surveys and Head Office, including data collection, validation, and submission;
  • Develop and implement internal control procedures in order to ensure data accuracy of regulatory reporting;
  • Manage regulatory documentation with audit trails and retention protocols;
  • Perform data reconciliation and governance;
  • Liaise with handle queries and requests from regulatory institutions, external and internal auditors by coordinating cross-department responses (Finance/Risk/IT, etc);
  • Participate in UAT for system developments and enhancements;
  • Handle/participate in ad hoc projects, if required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or above preferable in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science and other related disciplines;
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in regulatory reporting in banking industry.Familiar with Local regulatory reporting requirements. Hands‑on experience with Basel III, liquidity returns and large exposures;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL applications;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, and Mandarin;
  • Detail‑oriented, Strong analytical skills and as a good team player, with cross‑department collaboration ability;
  • Professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA/FRM or other professional accounting bodies would be an advantage.
