Roles and Job Descriptions :

• Develop training programs and practice schedules for the student participants.
• Teach and demonstrate skills and techniques related to the specific activity.
• Provide constructive feedback and help students improve their skills.
• Collaborate with teachers to coordinate events and competitions.

• Certification or training in coaching methodologies or relevant sports associations (if applicable).
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• First aid / CPR certification will be an advantage.
• Previous coaching or teaching experience is preferred.
