IT Operations Support Manager

The IT Operations Support Manager will oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth and efficient support for the organizations technology needs. Description

• Be a team member of Information Technology Department
• Assist IT Manager in planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling the Data centre operations
• Handle customers complaints
• Measure and monitor the IT Service Level for internal user
• Monitor the process of IT Operations
• Perform Incident Management
• Maintain the Disaster Recover (DR) Plan and conduct the DR drill
• Perform physical security control on the data centres
• Ensure the subordinates to comply with the rules and regulated requirements of governing authorities
• Manage the team of IT operations support
• Monitor the service quality of IT Operations and ensure they have strictly followed the standard operating procedures
• Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
• Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures, and measures to identify assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work

Profile

• University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent OR
• Preferable over 3 years related IT experience covering the following:
• At least 1 year in managerial position
• Solid knowledge and experience in maintaining scalable and mission critical IT infrastructure with network, storage, high availability, and resilience
• Holder of PMP or ITIL foundation certification is an advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Good command in Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
