Roles and responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of e-commerce B2B2C platforms, including Rakuten, Qoo10 and eBay, ensuring that product descriptions are accurate, pricing is competitive, and inventory levels are properly maintained to meet customer demand.
Develop and nurture business relationships with key B2B partners. Engage in discussions about promotional strategies and planning to achieve mutual success, optimizing the partner's business performance through collaborative efforts.
Implement aggressive and effective strategies to meet sales and brand objectives. Focus on increasing profitable revenue streams while exploring new business avenues to expand market presence.
Develop and execute seasonal promotion plans, negotiating with platforms for promotional and marketing support to maximize visibility and sales impact. Collaborate with partners to align promotional activities that benefit both parties and drive overall growth.
Liaise with the logistics team for shipments, with finance team for order payment issue and with customer services to resolve product or order-related issues
Requirements:
Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of marketing and/or online experience is an advantage
Proficient of written and spoken Japanese, English and Chinese
Business acumen with good numerical sense
Passionate, independent and result-oriented
A fast learner and a good team player
Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered
