About Your 公司名稱

Our partner is one of the leading APAC private equity funds for global endowments, pension funds insurance, family offices. Due to business needs, we are looking for business development and fundraising professionals to take on this challenge and work with the C-Suite in expanding LP base and strategies to diversify products offering.

About Your Role

Capital Raising & Fund Strategy

Lead end-to-end fundraising campaigns for private equity, credit, and bespoke mandate strategies.

Structure syndicated deals (co-investments, club deals, GP stakes) with institutional and family office investors (SWFs, pensions, endowments).

Develop pitch materials, PPMs, and roadshow strategies to articulate fund thesis and risk-adjusted returns.

Deal Syndication & Execution

Originate and syndicate large-ticket transactions (infrastructure, real estate, private credit) with global investors.

Negotiate terms with anchor LPs, co-GPs, and placement agents to optimize capital stack.

Collaborate with investment teams to tailor capital solutions (funds, SMAs, hybrid vehicles).

Investor Ecosystem Development

Cultivate relationships with family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and global allocators.

Monitor market trends (ESG, geopolitics) to align fundraising strategy with investor demand.

Represent the firm at industry conferences and LP/GP forums.

What You Will Need To Succeed

7+ years in fundraising, syndication, or capital placement (PE, RE, infrastructure, or asset management).

Track record of closing $100M+ mandates or leading syndicated deals.

Deep understanding of fund structures, LP-GP dynamics, and term sheet negotiation.

Fluency in English and Mandarin (critical for cross-border investor dialogue).

Existing LP/GP network in Asia, Middle East, or Europe.

CFA, CAIA, or MBA in Finance (advantageous but not mandatory)
