The Opportunity:We're seeking a consultative and confident Digital Sales Strategist who thrives on providing strategic direction and tailored solutions to clients—regardless of their size. This role is perfect for a self-driven professional who enjoys working within a highly collaborative sales environment.
Job Description:Undergo in-depth digital marketing training across multiple channels, with an expectation to further develop expertise through independent study.
Prospect, reach out to leads, identify pain points and business goals, and schedule meetings (virtual or in-person) to present strategies.
Work with leads generated from internal marketing efforts while also proactively sourcing new clients through outreach.
Collaborate with senior strategists and technical teams on larger client engagements to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Conduct daily outreach and pipeline building (LinkedIn, partnerships, referrals, etc.)—no restrictions on industries or regions.
Develop compelling strategies and pitches, nurture client relationships, address inquiries, and guide clients toward successful collaborations.
Always act as a trusted advisor, prioritizing the client's best interests.
Hand off active projects internally, ensuring smooth onboarding by briefing relevant teams.
Meet monthly revenue and cash targets.
Opportunity to host webinars/seminars upon gaining sufficient expertise.
Client assignments will align with your experience level.
4-5+ years of complex consultative sales experience.
An extensive network of potential clients.
Agency experience is a plus.
Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads) is advantageous.
Strong proposal-writing skills.
Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a bonus.
Experience presenting to middle management and C-level executives.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
Accurate pipeline forecasting abilities.
A proactive, independent work ethic with a “can-do” attitude.
