We are seeking a proactive and strategic Growth Operations Specialist with SEO Expertise to join our team. This hybrid role combines growth operations and advanced SEO strategies to drive scalable customer acquisition, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize search visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, digital tools, and growth strategies, making them a pivotal contributor to our organization's success.
Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development
• Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Advanced SEO Implementation
• Develop and execute robust SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and search visibility.• Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize site architecture, metadata, and content for targeted keywords.• Build and manage a network of websites and landing pages optimized for performance, including WordPress-based sites.
Operational Efficiency
• Design and optimize scalable operational processes to support growth and SEO initiatives.• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth campaigns.
Content Creation & Optimization
• Leverage AI tools to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content tailored for specific target audiences.• Identify and develop long-tail keyword opportunities to drive niche traffic and localized engagement.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Use analytics tools to track and report performance metrics related to growth and SEO objectives.• Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs, including organic traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Multi-Market Growth Initiatives
• Implement localized SEO and growth strategies targeting specific regions, especially Chinese-speaking audiences in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other markets.• Adapt growth tactics to meet the needs of regional audiences while optimizing for search engines in those markets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in growth operations, digital marketing, community marketing and advanced SEO strategies.• Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).• Experience in creating and managing website networks, including WordPress and single-page applications.• Demonstrated expertise in keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, and content optimization.• Familiarity with multi-market strategies, especially for Chinese-speaking audiences, including Traditional Chinese users.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in optimizing content and campaigns for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other Chinese-speaking regions.• Hands-on experience with AI tools for SEO content generation and growth initiatives.• Adaptability to rapidly evolving growth and SEO landscapes with a proven ability to bring creative solutions to challenges.• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional growth and SEO projects.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
