Job Summary :The Deputy Principal supports the Chief Principal in managing the school's objectives under the Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) and oversees key functions through various departments. This role focuses on improving educational programs, promoting international mindedness, and enhancing curriculum and academic excellence. As a member of the Senior Leadership Committee, the Deputy Principal aids in strategic planning, fosters collaboration among teachers, and strengthens connections with universities and international institutions for student benefit.

Requirements :

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience with local and international school protocols;
• Exhibit strong connections with local and overseas universities with proven records of partnership;
• Possess strong connections with overseas institutions with proven record of international collaboration;
• Engage with a keen interest in and potential contributions to the school's developmental priorities, including aerospace education, curriculum enhancement, academic excellence, and gifted education;
• Demonstrate a solid understanding and experience in pastoral care and inclusive education;
• Experienced in working with diverse teaching populations, in bilingual working environments is preferred;
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with bilingual and trilingual proficiency;
• Hold a Master Degree or above in relevant disciplines, with recognized teachers' training and professional qualifications in educational leadership or international education or curriculum development;
• Possess a minimum of 10 years of leadership experiences in education field, with working experience in through-train / DSS school / international education institutions / government is a significant advantage;
• Passed the Basic Law and National Security Law Test as required by the EDB.

* Potential Candidates with less experience will also be considered, with the rank of Assistant Principal.
