We are looking for a high-energy, commercially minded Manager to join our Deposit, Payment and Card team. This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership, fast learning, and the opportunity to shape how deposit products are priced, 職位ed, and grown in a digital bank.
What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:
Drive deposit growth and portfolio performance across CASA and Time Deposits, balancing competitiveness and cost of funds.
Develop and execute deposit pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and ALCO considerations.
Analyze deposit portfolio performance and customer segmentation to identify growth, retention, and repricing opportunities.
Conduct market and competitor intelligence on deposit pricing, campaigns, and pro職位s to inform strategy.
Lead the customer communication strategy for deposit pricing and campaigns, turning pricing and product design into clear, compelling messages that drive acquisition and balance growth.
Own campaign structure and governance, including drafting concise, customer‑focused Terms & Conditions and disclosures that enable competitive growth while meeting regulatory standards.
Build business cases and perform data-driven analysis to assess impact and effectiveness of pricing actions and campaigns.
Support regulatory assessment, reporting, and governance activities related to deposit products
Partner with Treasury, Risk, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver well‑governed initiatives.
Demonstrate openness to expand beyond deposits, contributing to broader product growth initiatives where relevant.
Work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to pricing, funding, and balance‑sheet decision‑making in a digital bank environment.
What is required and what we’re looking for:
A university degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
5+ years of relevant experience in retail or digital banking with hands‑on exposure to deposit pricing, CASA/TD products, or portfolio management.
Solid understanding of ALCO principles, balance sheet dynamics, and deposit economics.
Strong data, analytical or AI skills with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions.
Excellent writing skills, with proven experience.
Good awareness of the local deposit market, competitor offerings, and regulatory environment.
Commercial mindset with curiosity and willingness to grow into adjacent product areas.
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
