Our client is a sizable organization. Due to the rapid growth of the 公司名稱, they are now looking for talented individuals to join it professional Network Operation Center team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ISO 27001 internal and external audit
• DR drill schedule and resource preparation
• Developing/documenting procedures and to streamline interworking process flow to achieve continuous improvement in operation efficiency, cost-effectiveness and quality of service for our customers. Roster arrangement and vacation leave approval for all staff
• Service Tickets escalation, Incident Management and escalation
• IT equipment management and facility management follow up
• Overall administration and operation management and planning

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronic, Telecommunication, ICT or equivalent
• At least 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure or related fields
• Working experience in Network or Data Centre operations is a great advantage
• Knowledge in ISO9001 or ISO27001 is a plus
• Resourceful, innovative and independent worker
• High customer service focus and engagement skills.
• Knowledge in Network and Servers would be an advantage.
• Possess good leadership, teamwork, effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese language
