Customer Services Representative
Reputable Bank is hiring for the position of Customer Service Officer.
Your new role
• Warmly greet and assist walk-in and phone-in customers in accordance with established service standards • Respond to customer enquiries and requests, and consult with supervisors when necessary to ensure proper handling of complaints • Carry out loan processing and related administrative tasks • Support payment transactions, including loan disbursement and handling repayments at the counter
What youll need to succeed
• Completion of secondary education • Prior experience in the consumer finance or banking sector is an advantage. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Self-motivated, with a pleasant demeanor and eagerness to learn • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
