Customer Services Officer - Front Office
Responsibility:
- Greeting guests in professional manner; responsible to check in / check out services for the guests;
- Maintain smooth & efficient running of operations;
- Maintain all areas in an atmosphere of luxury & elegant;
Requirements:
- Energetic, customer & team oriented, detail-oriented and problem solving in an effective & efficient ways;
- Certificate or above in Hotel Management or related disciplines;
- Good command of both spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- English and Chinese words processing and typing; general administrative works
- Holder of Certificate in First Aid (AFA) is an advantage;
- 5 working days per week and 9 working hours per day, shift duty (08:00-23:00) and rotate days off are required, 14 days annual leave, meal allowance, medical insurance, double pay & discretionary bonus are offered;
- Immediately available would be a definite advantage;
