Join Global Payments Inc. as a Customer Service Representative: handle inbound and outbound calls to merchants and support credit card payment processing.

• Provide professional quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls to merchants’ inquiries on credit card payment processing.
• Establish a good relationship with merchants by providing one‑stop care services.
• Keep up‑to‑date and self‑equipped on required knowledge and skill sets proactively.
• Work with internal departments to seek best possible solutions for merchants.
• Carry out ad hoc assignments for call center operations.

• Form 7 graduate or above with minimum 1 year experience in customer service and/or call center preferred.
• Ability to converse in English and Mandarin is essential to communicate with overseas banks and merchants.
• Excellent telephone etiquette with mature and pleasant attributes.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure, patience and enjoy customer service.
• High energy level and self‑motivated.
• Team player with strong work ethic.
• Able to perform shift duty on weekends / public holidays depending on work schedule.
• Work on shift basis including weekends and public holidays.

• 5‑days work with total of 40 working hours per week.
• Guaranteed at least 12 hours rest time between shifts.
• 2 consecutive days off each week.
• 18 days annual leave plus 1 day birthday leave.
• Life, medical and dental coverage.
• Overtime and public holidays allowance.
• No overnight work.
• No cross‑selling required.
• Office at prime location close to MTR station.
