Join Global Payments Inc. as a Customer Service Representative: handle inbound and outbound calls to merchants and support credit card payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls to merchants’ inquiries on credit card payment processing.
- Establish a good relationship with merchants by providing one‑stop care services.
- Keep up‑to‑date and self‑equipped on required knowledge and skill sets proactively.
- Work with internal departments to seek best possible solutions for merchants.
- Carry out ad hoc assignments for call center operations.
Qualifications
- Form 7 graduate or above with minimum 1 year experience in customer service and/or call center preferred.
- Ability to converse in English and Mandarin is essential to communicate with overseas banks and merchants.
- Excellent telephone etiquette with mature and pleasant attributes.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure, patience and enjoy customer service.
- High energy level and self‑motivated.
- Team player with strong work ethic.
- Able to perform shift duty on weekends / public holidays depending on work schedule.
- Work on shift basis including weekends and public holidays.
