Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a Receptionist/ Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of frontline services, such as handling enquires received in person, by WhatsApp, email, telephone or social media as well as providing marketing and other clerical support to the office. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction via a high level of professionalism and courtesy while communicating with customers, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities:
Handle telephone calls, enquiries and guest greeting in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate exam logistics and invigilation.
Handle meeting room reservation and maintain reception area and conference room tidy and clean.
Stay updated on industry trends and UK education information to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping people and UK Education:
A Bachelors degree in any discipline.
At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the field of education.
Good spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills.
Resilient, detail-minded, vigilant, self-motivated, hard-working, able to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office and sound PC knowledge, such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
