Toi Toi is always a popular brand for many event organizer and construction partners. We are looking for Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and update customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and maintain a clear and structured customer database for system migration.
Support the implementation and transition from Act system to Hubs system.
Ensure data integrity and assist with troubleshooting during the migration process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage CRM insights for campaigns and customer engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in system management is preferable.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with CRM systems (Act, Hubs, or similar) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
